# July 26 Release (v21.40) - Hotfix

This release focuses on improving reliability during everyday use of Fusion. We've addressed an issue related to session handling after periods of inactivity, helping ensure a smoother, more consistent experience whether you're working in Runtime or Design Studio.

### Improved Session Recovery After Extended Inactivity

Previously, if the application remained inactive for approximately one hour, the Salesforce session would expire, and returning to the application could result in a runtime error stating that the session had expired and could not reconnect automatically. This could occur in both Runtime and Design Studio.

This has now been resolved, so you can return to Fusion after a period of inactivity without interruption.
