Enterprise Control
Understand exactly which controls are available in each product so you can configure the right permissions for your team.
What is Enterprise Control?
Grid Controls give Admins and Designers precise, grid-level authority over what Standard Users can see and do inside any grid. Rather than applying blanket restrictions across the entire application, Grid Controls let you tailor the experience per grid so different teams, workflows, or data objects can each have exactly the right level of access.
Who Can Configure Grid Controls
Grid Controls can be set by Admins and Designers. Standard Users cannot access this screen
How to Access Grid Controls

Save Options
Wave Embedded only
The Save Options section does not exist in Wave Extension.
Refresh On Save
Supported
Not available
Refresh On Save — (Wave Embedded only) When enabled, Wave automatically refreshes modified records after each save — so users always see the latest data without a manual page refresh. This is enabled by default.
Access Options
Wave Embedded only
The Access Options section does not exist in Wave Extension.
Allow creating custom grids — (Wave Embedded only) When ON, Standard Users can create their own personal Custom Grids from a Global Grid. Their copy does not affect the Global Grid or any other user.
Allow sharing custom grids with all users — (Wave Embedded only) When ON, Standard Users can share their Custom Grids with the rest of the organization. This option only appears when Allow Creating Custom Grids is also enabled.
Revoking Custom Grid Access Deletes Existing Custom Grids
If you turn off Allow Creating Custom Grids after it was previously enabled, a warning will appear. Confirming will permanently delete all Custom Grids created from this Global Grid. This cannot be undone.
